Intro Blog

 Hi, my name is Rolckdemsky Louis, and I'm from south Florida, U.S. I'm currently a senior at Fort Lauderdale High school, where some of the classes I am in are rigorous, but fun such as Ap psychology and Aice environmental. I usually spend the time I have outside of school watching shows and movies. It's such an excellent way to relax and give yourself some needed self-care. Especially when going to the movie theaters with my friends. It's such a casual vibe where my favorite genre is a thriller. Being in such a tropical state, going to the beach is a natural fun time that I can enjoy almost at any time, especially in the heat. Seeing that the heat is all I know, my favorite season is winter. The one holiday in that season where it's my favorite is Christmas. I love receiving and giving gifts. It's just one of my many love languages. Aside from that, it just makes being at home in the warmth, feeling that much better. Even though I love the cold, I still wouldn't want it to snow. My favorite food is pizza with the classical pepperoni and sausage combo. However, chicken, in any way, is my second favorite. That’s what makes me enjoy cooking because of the flavors. Aside from all that, I'm still debating on what I want my chosen occupation to be, but I know an aspect of it has to be helping people. Initially, I thought it would be something in criminal justice. However, I realize it may not be for me. I still have a lot of time to figure that out where I know ill be good at it.

Planning for my snickers commercial

  Props: Since I've decided that I'll be making a snickers commercial, my main prop will be the snickers candy bar. The other side props will be a football and optional safety pieces of equipment like helmets and gloves. Costumes: In my commercial, there will be three of us participating as the subjects and actors. One of my actors will be in an nonathletic attire. They will either be in a hoodie, dress shirt, pants, jeans, dress pants. They'll also be in shoes not fir for the field, such as dress shoes, flip-flops, or nonathletic sneakers. They'll also have accessories such as necklaces, rubber bands, rings, or watches. For the rest of the actors, we'll be wearing an athletic attire. Well, either be in athletic shorts, leggings, trousers, or sweatpants. Depending on how the weather is, we'll be wearing beanie hats as well. We'll be in athletic shoes and sneakers for our footwear, where it can either have clits depending on the actor preferences.

  What titles are displayed during the opening sequences?   - I got the film from Art of the Title. It displayed the film distribution and production company. Next the title of the movie. Next the names of the all the lead actresses and actors in the movie.Next all the people who does things in the background which are casting, sound, music film editor, costume designer, production designer, etc.   What images are prioritized in the opening sequence?   - The images were of the  name of the the film distribution and production company. Then it was of of of the main characters in the film. Next it showed a series of images around town. It finally ended with showing another of the main characters going into the house. What connotations do these images carry?   -These show that the film is mainly on these two people and the setting of the town. Where these two are important to the film. Production Blog

  Over the weekend, I was finally able to work on m re-shoots. I got all my actors to come to do the shoots. I already filmed these parts with them before. This made it way easier to get the scenes done. I had no troubles during the re-hoots. I got done with filming fast. I have gotten all the film I needed to re-shoot and went home. There I was finally able to edit everything. I uploaded all my footage onto my computer. I was able to speed up and slow down certain scenes. I wanted to add some sort of a tint to the footage. I had to go over some past movie title sequences. There I was able to learn how the tint looks like. I also realized this would be good to have to really bring out that suspenseful vibe you get from thriller movies. I had to research how to do this on my editing software. After that, I learned how to get that color tint on my film. Next, I wanted to see where to best add some music. I saw that it was best to do it before any of the dialogue. I then searched for some
